8. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
9. Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, customers may return eligible products.
Returns must:
- Be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Be unworn.
- Be unwashed.
- Have original tags attached.
- Be returned in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Worn clothing
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
- A defective item
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos.
Where appropriate, we will:
- Replace the item,
- Exchange it, or
- Refund you.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your bank.

- Delays caused by couriers
